His commercial clients run the gamut from small to large and from simple to complex. A sampling of his client’s property would be: unimproved lots, small office buildings, dental/medical offices, retail shops, strip malls, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial complexes and warehouses.  His client’s properties range from a small retail store having approximately 4,000 square feet to a property having more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.

Walter was formerly a lead national trial attorney for General Electric for 25 years. However today, he focuses his legal skills towards one goal – getting your real property ad valorem taxes lowered. With an experienced litigator on your side fighting for a lower assessment, your organization can be both more competitive and more profitable. Walter can be brought in to represent you at any level of the appeal – from the administrative level before the board of equalization or a hearing officer or for an appeal to the Superior Court.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with these results. You will be my first call when I get my 2015 assessment. Thank you for the amazing job and I look forward to working with you again.
